My Passion in my Purpose

I decided to title this blog “Passionate Purpose” for a couple reasons.

  1. Everything I do, I do with my WHOLE heart.  I guess you can say, I’m an “all or nothing” kinda girl.  If I can’t commit 110%, I don’t do it.  I hate letting people down, so I’m going to stick to my word, and give it all I got.
  2. My name Emily means “industrious”.  I believe that names are extremely important.  This is because the words you speak will call things into existence.  When people call me by my name, they speak the character traits of being “industrious” into existence.  Industrious means hardworking, persevering, devoted, and working energetically.
  3. I have several things in my life which I am crazy passionate about.  These are the things that I live my life for.  This is my Passionate Purpose:
  • The Lord. My life’s mission is to live for Him, represent Him, and to fulfill the Will that He has for my life.  I am not ashamed of Him or what He has done in my life.  I want to tell the WORLD about His love, His grace, His power, and the authority that we have as His children.  So many people are searching to fill this “void” in their lives, but they don’t know what “void” it is exactly.  They will go their whole lives trying different things to feel satisfied.  Well, God created us to have a puzzle shaped heart, and he is the only thing that can fill that missing piece.  Unless they allow Him to be the pilot of their lives {meaning, they are the co-pilot}, they will always be searching, yet never fulfilled.  It has been the best decision I have EVER made to make him the Lord of my life.  After all, he chose me, I didn’t choose Him. I hope that in everything I do, I shine His light, and that I will represent Him.
